Your privacy, plainly

The short version

This is a preview of a future service — not a live shop yet. We collect almost nothing. What little we do handle stays with us. We don't sell your data, and we never will.

What we collect

  • Messages you send: When you use "Ask Wilma" or complete the design interview, we receive your words, the page you were on, and basic browser information (browser type and window size). That message is relayed to our operations system so we can act on it.
  • Demo signup details: If you go through the subscription signup demo — name, address, email, preferences — those details live only in your browser's session storage. They are never sent to our servers. They disappear when your browser session ends or you clear your data.
  • Sign-in cookie: The demo accounts use a session cookie (ff_session) to keep you signed in. It's a standard session cookie — it expires when you close your browser.
  • Hosting logs: Our host, Vercel, keeps standard web server access logs (IP address, pages visited, timestamps). We don't process these ourselves; Vercel's privacy policy governs them.

What we don't do

No analytics trackers. No ad pixels. No third-party marketing scripts. No selling or sharing your data with anyone. No real payment processing in the preview — the card field is decorative and nothing is charged.

Email

If you're the shop owner (hi, Lauren) Wilma may email you about requests that come in via Ask Wilma. We don't email customers during the preview.

Cookies and browser storage

We use one session cookie (ff_session) for demo sign-in, and browser localStorage and sessionStorage for things like your preferences, tour progress, and draft signup data. All of it clears when you clear your browser's site data.

Changes and contact

If we update this policy, the effective date above will change and we'll note what's different. Questions? Email us at wilma@frannysflowers.userintheloop.com.
